It will be years before we Withdraw from Iraq.
"Withdraw Now" was just a trick used by the Democrat Party to fool the ignorant and gullible Democrat Voters.
It was all a Planned Lie.
Democrat Voters are sooooo easy to fool.

The point is as all the generals have said, even with the request for an immediate withdrawal, it will take about 10-12 months logistically to remove our equipment and troops out of Iraq. This is all that is being said by them. An immediate withdrawal is not something that can be accomplished in 2-3 weeks. Nice try

Ooh, you GOT us, but GOOD! Ooh, man THAT'S gonna leave a mark!
Seriously now.... While you snicker around playing "Gotcha!", the rest of us are thinking hard on the ISSUE, which is whether the US should follow a policy of continuing and continuous occupation of Iraq, or whether to withdraw our troops and change the mission so that a multinational solution can be brokered.
But just for argument's sake, what the hell do YOU think should be done there? Because what you're doing now ain't workin', is it.

Obviously you are a politician. You take things like "get out of Iraq now" in a literal sense...
You and I both know it means exactly what both of them said. It will take much time to be out of Iraq, but the war can end now.
I hope you don't say, "I could kill you for that..." to someone...

I've been telling friends that it's silly to have all this political bigotry, as there are reasons that our representatives do the things they do.
They've pushed all our representatives into a corner, and now they're paying for it. THEY know the realities of the situation, while the rabble rousers in our party don't.
If it was "Republican", it was "BAD". Therefore, the opposite position was "GOOD". A more simplistic approach to politics (and more suicidal, politically), I can't think of.

except that there aren't that many people who were saying that getting out of iraq means that we are expected to leave tomorrow, it's the pro-bush people who who have been constantly twisting things to mean this
over and over you hear them saying things like leaving means we are "accepting defeat" or "surrendering to terrorists" etc, it's been the bush supporters who have created the impression that leaving iraq means that we just suddenly leave

If they believe their candidate is telling the truth, yes...on the other hand, if they know their candidate is a liar and would say anything to get elected, but doesn't really mean anything they say that sounds vaguely conservative, then no.

Reality bites! They have no intention off bringing home the troops if they get elected. They know it isn't possible for a few years.

Another pointless slam. Opponents of the war have ALWAYS acknowledged that it would take several months to a year to pull all of our troops out.
Ya got nothing.
