I would definitely say it's a girls name. I think it's really original, and I like it.

This name is almost exclusively a girl's name, I've never seen it used as a boy's name. I'm sure that you know its Heaven spelled backwards which kind of has a reputation as being a tacky name, reflecting a lack of creativity by the parents. In my personal opinion, its not a bad name. I would never name my child that but its not because its a terrible name or anything. So if you wanted to use it, you should go ahead and do it. The perfect name for a child isn't always the name everybody approves of. So Good luck picking your baby's name and congratulations.

It is a girl's name or honestly whatever you want. I think it is pretty, but a VERY trendy name. The next few years there will be many children with that name. Evelyn is an old person's name, there are many Jennifers in the 70's and 80's and this generation's trendy name is Nevaeh. Despite all this, name your child whatever you want.

My first is impression is this is a female name. I do think, however, that you child will spend the rest of his/her life spelling the name for people, and dealing with jokes about it being heaven spelled backward, and with people trying to figure out a nickname, and will eventually either go with their initials or their middle name assuming you choose a traditional middle name. Cute names like this are fun for babies but wear thin once the child actually has to deal with their name. If you really like the idea of heaven, you might use it, spelled forward, as a middle name, or try using a baby name program (there are several out there, just google baby names) to find a traditional name which means heaven. Nevaeh is a girls name and I personally dont like it. but I know a little girl w/ that name and she is sooo cute! =]

It's a girl's name. I don't particulary care for it. In my quadruplets class, there are 3 Nevaeh's and about 5 Isabelle's.
