Most in Sanctuary by parents and grandparents but when I had chance I did raise my own self in Zoo I was smart enough to survive.

I was raised for six years in a chicken coop, with a Sanctuary on the East end. The rest of my life was totally contained in the Sanctuary.

Sanctuary but at times with my Mom fighting with her sisters or whoever it felt like a zoo at times and she is suppose to be a good christian....I tried never to take sides until this day I do not fight with anyone in my huge family I just accept them as they are and know what they are about :))))

Much of the time, it seemed like a zoo. I take that back. It WAS a zoo. My father was a loyal puppy dog, my mum a chicken hawk, & my oldest sister--a snapping turtle. But I created my own sanctuary with my twin.

i would say a sanctuary as i was raised with freedom and choice. warm family and visited many a nice places, my parents home is my sancuary at times a place to get away and chill as its a farmhouse in the middle of no where on top of a hill ;-)

sort of a zoo, but i spent a lot of time in the barn, too... it was my sanctuary.
