cos (-1316468pi)/2 =
cos (-658234.5pi)=
cos (-.5pi)= 0.707
=(2^0.5)/2

you see that 658234 is an even number so it is like a neutral number in this equation. u already know that
cos(x)=cos(x+2pi)=cos(x+4pi)=...
