well idk what stores you have at your mall, but rue 21 is a great store to go to when you are low on cash. [oh and btw...it's an actual store, not like tj maxx or ross] they have super cute clothes and they are at amazing prices. the reg. price for shirts there are $10, but they also have a whole bunch of clearance where the shirts are $5. everything there is really cheap and affordable. wet seal is also another place to go, but they are a little more expensive than rue 21. you will prolly have to look in the clearance a lot there. but on sale, they have jeans for about 14.50 sometimes.
good luck =]

I second H&M, great stylish clothes.
Also Sarah Jessica Parker has a new line of clothes in Steve & Barrys called bitten.... nothing over $15! and she wears a lot of the clothes herself and they look great.

there are lots of 'used' clothing shops now.... like Savers (it is a place people donate stuff to to raise funds for a cause) and you can get great name brand stuff for really cheap! see what they have in your area for used clothing!
