Well, to tell you the truth, it does not make a bit of sense to me.

I believe it. The other night, a woman called the minor ER where I work wanting to know if we give tetanus shots for school or only to injured persons. I told the receptionist to tell her that we could, but she would have to wait until the next morning as it was 5 mins until close. To make a long story short, the lady showed up with her daughter begging us to give her a shot as she needed it to start school the next day. This made us get out 15 mins later b/c of paperwork, etc and the whole entire time, the mom was a total _____! She didnt like how we gave the shot, the forms that we had her fill out, the cost, ....anything! If I had only known she was going to be so ungrateful, I would have denied her at the door. Sometimes, there is no pleasing ppl.
