Does anyone know of a website where you can send them a picture of a painting and find out the artist?

I think it's not exactly 'fine art'. It's 2 horses, 1 black, 1 white in the night rearing up at a flash of lighting. Picture is all black and white.

I wish you could have posted a picture as I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Degree.
