Yes, shy women are very attractive and often the real femininity comes out. I prefer shy women to loud and frisky ones. Most men view love as a type of conquering, while women view love as a type of surrender. Being shy can really make a woman seem attractive.

I'm female, but I'm going to answer this one anyway...because I've worked and lived around men. Men think shy women are virgins so because of that they definitely think shy women are sexy.

Yes they can be, that's kinda cute...as long as they open up to ya once you get to know them. I understand shyness.
But really, a woman can be attractive with either personality, and everything in between, just as long as she is being herself when she is with you, and she respects herself.
