I lived in Australia for 10 years. That was 20 years ago. It is a beautiful country. I am in England now. Compared to here Australia is huge. It is very spacious and laid back. It is very very hot, sometimes unbearable. When I used to go to a place called Bribie Island, the sand would be so hot that you couldn't walk on it so i would run down and jump on my towel real quick. The fast food is delicious especially Big Rooster Chicken. The Kentucky is a whole lot better than Englands Kentucky, especially the potato and gravy pot. People in Australia BBQ a lot. Some of them don't even know what an oven is. My sister and brother are still there. They haven't made a million or close to a million but they are happy. Australia is one of those counties that you must go and see. It has so much there. However, living there is a different matter. It doesn't really matter where you live. It's what you make of it yourself. By the way if you were thinking of living in Australia, you have to have a trade or a job to get into the country, or family, or a whole lotta money. So everyone, YES I HAVE BEEN TO AUSTRALIA, I HAVE LIVED IN AUSTRALIA FOR TEN WHOLE YEARS AND STILL HAVE FAMILY THERE AND HERE I AM SITTING AT MY COMPUTER AT 10.39 ON A SUNDAY NIGHT IN RAINY ENGLAND.

It's great there. I was in Townsville and Darwin back in the late '60s. Wonderful people, so friendly. I'd love to go back.
