What's your definition of crazy? I paid $120/hour for mine in Boulder. Our new artist in Longmont charges $100/hour. I believe that's pretty standard. A cheap tattoo will cost you in the long run if it's not done well. Shop by artist, not by price.
Since you are moving here I would recommend you wait - that way if you need touch up done you can go back to your artist and it won't cost you anything.
