Im going to a party with my family and my cousins in like 10 minutes and im really nervous. I dont rly want to go.... You see, im very shy and i suffer from social phobia (not that serious!! lol), so anyways im very scared to go and if they ask me questions, I promise you, im gonna sweat, Im gonna go crazy out of my mind. I just cant answer a simple question for my life and theyre my cousins!! this is rly serious i mean its scary. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! im going

Wear sunglasses and tell everyone that your eyes are burning and are ultra-sensitive to any light. Then you can sit there and tune out most of the conversation and relax.

Tell yourself that you'll be fine,and try to avoid talking to them..or if they do talk to you,try not to worry about feeling nervous and just think about what you're talking about
