Your college's recruiting office might be able to help you. Companies that are looking for entry-level programmers may be arranging interviews at your college.

The company I work with now used to attend career fairs at the local university, looking for entry-level programmers. And if it is any comfort, I've hired two Java programmers pretty much straight out of college this year. (We're not hiring further at the moment, but the point is that entry-level positions exist.)

When you say "no real-world experience," does this mean that you haven't done any coding aside from classwork? You might consider seeing if you can change that. When I was in college, I was employed by the computer science department as a programmer -- it was a cheap job, but it was a way to get some useful experience on my resume while I was still in school.

Try teaching java or a database program like Oracle in an IT school for some thing, lets say 2 or 3 month then apply for a job maybe as a software designer or as a dba.
I am also a Java programmer and a certified database administrator but i do not work yet.
Same problem trying to gain experience too.

Any person with experience and knowledge of Java and J2EE can find plenty of Java/J2EE developer jobs in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. These jobs can be also found in cities like Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore through online job portal like Wisdomjobs.com.
