It is about 4%; but before falling into the trap of evolutionist thinking, consider the following:
"Chimpanzee and human DNA have now been completely sequenced and rigorously compared. The differences, which total about 4%, are far greater and more complicated than evolutionists suspected.
Those differences include about “thirty-five million single-nucleotide changes, five million insertions/deletions, and various chromosomal rearrangements. Although it’s only 4%, a huge DNA chasm separates humans from chimpanzees."
Comparatively, there is a 75 % similarity between the DNAs of nematode worms and man
Comparisons carried out between the genes of fruit flies belonging to the Drosophila species and human genes yielded a similarity of 60%.
The number of chromosomes in potatoes is the same as that of man: 46. A chimp has 48
A human and mouse share more than 90% of the same genes, and close to 50% with bananas
All of these things imply a common designer, not a common ancestor.

I'm taking genetics, so I'm pretty sure it's 1%.
As quoted from wiki: "The chimpanzee genome is 98.77% identical to the human genome. " So the closest answer is 1%.
Hope this helps!

Genes? What are genes? If I can't see them, they don't exist, and the Bible never said anything about them.

That's correct. Humans wear blue jeans.
Chimpanzees do not.
