level one people if new and young tend to wise azzes and rude....if anyone is rude to one of my contacts they get blocked. If they're a suspended person they should know better than be rude and so if they are they get blocked. Believe it or not my blocked list is not that big. I tolerate crude in a funny way...but I draw the line at rude...no reason for it. We're here to have fun..not be insulted!

Because people get their account blocked for being a troll then start one right back up and it is a level one account so if you block level ones you don't have to worry about it.

We can block whomever we want. Many users stay at level one because they are trolls with numerous accounts that ask racist, misogynistic, offensive questions. The accounts get suspended, but lo and behold these trolls have numerous accounts under the same name to create havoc.

Its more likely that they are reporting Trolls...but if someone was starting again you'd know them and be able to add them..
