Seriously, I'd buy a little group of cottages that I know are for sale and renovate them and rent them to my elderly and/or disabled friends for super cheap!

Save it up for marriage. To me, I will wanna hold a grand wedding for my future wife-to-be and make it as memorable just to let her know that I truly love her and am really blessed to share all our troubles and woes together.
