General Motors has a nack for canceling production of newer cars after they refine the design and the car becomes popular. The best example I can think of is the Pontiac Fiero. At first, the car stunk. After a few years, they updated the body style, sakes picked up, and they canceled production. GO FIGURE.

i think of they didnt sell practically to boot as anticipated, the theory replaced into lots extra effective than the honestly truck. Now in the event that they could quit with the different abomination, the PT Cruiser ripoff HHR. i admire Chevys yet those 2 automobiles would desire to have on no account been produced with a bowtie on them.

The SSR is the pickup style.... Im didnt know they canceled them, but they didnt sell well. The HHR which looks like the PT cruiser, but alot better sells really well and is a nice looking ride.

Are you serious? Please tell me you're just trying to liven things up here. The real question should be why did Chevy even build the thing and expect people to pay for it? The Engineers must have gotten some of the same bad stuff GM Executives have been smoking for the past 30 years.

They are in a struggle against the Japanese brands taking over their market and are reacting to every little market fact out of desperation. Chevy is doing better at it than the other U.S. automakers, but Toyota is destined to be the big dog.

Poor sales. It was built on the Trailblazer EXT's chassis so it was really heavy and also slow. The styling to me was cool.
