I wouldn’t say the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank holds the keyS, BUT I would say they have a KEY role in our world economy && it has some of the KEY numbers in the combination for the world’s economy.
When there is a disaster in the world, this country is CONSISTENTLY one of the first to respond, isn’t it? It may not be the Fed, per se, who does this, but it is the wonderful generous citizens of this country who make things happen.
Why do you think this country has such a problem with illegal immigrants? IF, for some strange reason, the U.S. Supreme Court handed-down a decision telling the world the immigration laws are declared unconstitutional, I would be willing to bet the borders of this country would be thrown wide-open, AND millions of immigrants the world over would be coming here.
IF Japan OR Russia OR Germany OR ANY OTHER country did the same, do you think there would be a mass flow of immigrants from this country to any of those countries?
BUT I DON’T think that’s what your Q is about, is it? I’m not going to speculate what I think are behind the words of your Q, because I don’t have one iota what your Q means. The Federal Reserve Bank controls some interest rates between banks AND it controls the flow of money. How much it controls them and how it controls them is a matter I’m not educated enough about or knowledgeable enough about to intelligently write about. Are you?
Thank you for asking your question. I enjoyed taking the time to answer your question. You did a great job - not only for your information, but for every other person interested in reading my answer.
I wish you well!
