is there a graduate school require no B.A?

Question

I only graduate College, and have received 3 year College diploma,

Now I must get into any Graduate school in the world.

can any one find it for me?
I've been looking for it over 3 months still cannot find it.

p.s. i only need a Acceptance letter,,,
that's all i need.

if any one working as agent, or broker,,
i know that there is some fees...

I'm not sure where you are located, and if the three-year diploma is considered the equivalent of a bachelor's or an associate's degree. If the former, then you can go anywhere. If the latter, then no, the whole idea of graduate school is that it is post-secondary education, so they would require a bachelor's degree first.

I'm also bothered by your comment about "I only need an acceptance letter - that's all I need." Does that mean that you are planning on lying to a government by telling them that you are traveling to some country to study when you really have no plan to do so? In today's security environment, I find that frightening.

No, you need at least the equivalence of a bachelor's degree.
