You ask and everyone tries to answer....well here comes my 2 cents now..
Before I answer, I think the invasion storyline was the biggest miss of all time storyline wise.
Best storyline: Austin vs McMahon as it skyrocketed the foundations on what wrestling was back then. Bret sort of started the evil McMahon character but it was Austin who brought it out. Bret also put Austin over huge and help him step into the spotlight.
Jericho becoming a main event player during the invasion days I thought was also a great storyline, as it lasted longer than the whole invasion.
Bret Hart vs Stonecold. Although Bret is my all time favorite it gave us the classc line, :If you put an S in front of Hitman, you have exactly what I think of Bret Hart." It skyrocketed Austins career to help give the best storyline ever.
Stonecold vs. The Rock as it gave great matches over the years and was always new and fresh.
The Rock vs. Triple H see above
NWO at first was awesome before they start letting everyone and their mother in the group.
Worst storylines:
Mae Young gives birth to a hand. The daddy, Mark Henry, the guy the WWE is now pushin as a monster. So many gimmicks, so much money and time wasted.
Katie Vick. Did Hunter screw a dead mannequin? lol...Not going into any more detail.
May 19th to push Kanes movie horrible, then having a fake Kane come out only to have him beat the real one at a PPV then kill him off TV the next night.
Eddie Guerrero being the papi of Reys son was tasteless I thought.
NWO was also one of the worst as time went on everyone joined.

WHAT UP DAWG!? Yeah I think they have to at some point. A lot of fans remember their past history and would love to see it settled at some point. I would personally like to see a Christian heel turn and team up with Edge before they split and have an epic feud together. I think delaying it was a good choice as it gives us something to look forward to. BQ: Great move. Ive always thought Dreamer was one of the better men in the business when it comes to being humble and just enjoying the fact that he is there wether he has gold or not. He deserves it for all he has done and I like when guys get the belts because they have worked for it instead of being the biggest, best looking, or drawing the most money. BQ2: An ECW run would be cool for Kendrich. Maybe he can find his partner in Evan Bourne? Might be cool. I personally would like to see either Jericho or Mysterio go there and tear it up once again.

The two best story lines ever in my opinion.
1. Undertaker and Kane brothers storyline.
2. Triple H kidnapping Stephanie and marrying her.
the two worst.
1. Mark Henry and Mae Young.
2. Katie Vick.

I haven't been a fan ver long, so I don't know anything about Attitude Era srylines, but here's what I think about the best storylines in this decade.
Best: Evolution. That was a great stable, although the way they always have to refer to them whenever they tag up as ex-Evolution teammates is another story.
Worst: Dominik myesterio being Eddie's son. I just think that was wrong and a sad excuse for a story7line. Plus, it doesn't make it better that that was one of Eddie's last feuds and it made him look like such a monster.

Best and Worst at the same time?
Andy Kaufman against Lawler! Lawler Win's and Andy calls him out, week after week, Pile-driver.
Andy would run from Lawler in the Ring, {and slap his face} until Lawler gets him, leaves him Out in the Ring, and Kaufman call him out again, and again, week, after week.
Then his Inter-gender fights, Andy would fight girl Wrestlers like High-school Wrestling and somehow win the Pin.
Lawler could not get rid of him, his Frustration was evident.
Andy had no Ring skills, he was Nuts, everyone feared Lawler would kill him, even Lawler himself.
Andy was begged to quit-it, by his TV Shows Cast of TAXI, and on the Tonight Show and no way.
Lawler did like the Notoriety, but was under Constant insults.
For Vince McMahon himself to call Andy's actions over-the-top and dangerous says a lot.
If you put Hornswaller, insultingly up against a mad Kahli, and their you go.
Never has Wrestling left the Events and entered Mainstream TV happened before, or will it ever again. Nuns were asked who they favored to win, because everyone else was against Andy, and not because they Particularly liked Lawler, the King Lawler.
Everyone watched to see if Andy would die, and wanted the Andy Show to end.
You all; just had to be there People!

Best the Gooker or Katie Vick wait wait no, Hornswoggle as champ, they truly are equal oppurtunity employers
Worst does the screwjob count as storyline? because they did use it for a few afterwards ("Bret screwed Bret" , Vince being a dick) in fact any time they used something shitty like a death or a genuine unrest in teh company to progress a storyline
