The tie rods should be around $60 each for the factory replacements (inner or outer).
There is a bushing kit that the dealer can install if the inner tie rod hasn't been damaged, which is about $25 for the kit (kit does both inner tie rods).
Labor should be around $150 plus an alignment (of course, prices for labor will vary by local labor rates).
---To clarify what Firebird said, no alignment necessary if only replacing the inner bushings.
But if replacing the entire inner tie rod, then you'll need to have an alignment done.

This is not a good place to get this kind of information, you know. What we say here will be useless to you. But I will say this - it's hard to think of anything on the car that's cheaper than replacing these tie rods.
The first thing you replace is those bushings in the inner tie rod, though. That's a pretty short job. and the parts are practically nothing. No alignment needed if it's just the inners

Why don't you get a price from a parts store and ask a friendly mechanic what he charges by the hour and how long it'll take him. If you've received a quote which you think might be too high, get a couple from other places as a comparison.
