For E there is "eleemosynary" which is one of my favorites. It means charitable organization.

For N, there is "nosocomial" which I also like. It means diseases you catch just because you are in a filthy hospital.

And for the letter L, I would choose "lol" which is always popular on this site.

luz (spanish for the star, sun or light...pronounced loose), lily,
light, loreal (is it patented?), locus (the set of all points that satify specified conditions, as in math, but who cares?) lovely, lovey, etc.

nova (the star gets super bright for some time), nirvana, nexus (the core or center; or what brings things together, in math) nacre (mother-of-pearl) etc.
