I am trying to find a show that I used to watch after school. In one episode a teen girl is pregnant (she wears a yellow dress) and everyone at school makes fun of her and she has no friends. Another part is a guy that kinda looks like Matt Leblonc from friends is trying to go out w/ this girl but she has another boyfriend that is trying to get her to have sex with him but she doesn't feel ready.

The only late 80s early 90s teen soap I remember is "Fifteen" on Nickelodeon. I don't remember those storylines on that soap, though, so it's probably not the one you're thinking of.
