I really love clothes. I love fashion and accesories and everything girly! But, my parents are kind of in a sticky money situation. What would you recommend forme, I'm13, to make money on my own, somewhat girly, and be able to make enough to buy my own clothes?

Well if you don't have a problem with kids, talk to some of your neighbors and see if you can get a job, babysitting for them. It's easy and you make good money.

Babysitting dahling! It's so fun and I get paid $7-10 per hour! My parents buy my clothes though. I use my money to buy hair/body/makeup products though.
Pay about $20 to go to a babysitting course. They teach CPR and First Aid, and parents love that you know that. They also give you awesome tips. Sometimes the kids can be a challenge, but the more you babysit the same family, the more the kids like you.
Summary: Babysitting is basically acting like a kid, playing with toys, and getting paid for it.
