I change mine every month even if it still looks clean I am very funny about personal hygene.some months it is stuck to my skin and I have to use soapy water to free it so it does not pull my skin.I also have a bath every year wether I need it or not. it is amazing the amount of muck you can pick up in a year.everybody should do the same the world would be a cleaner place. Underwear rota :
Day 1 - wear it normal
Day 2 - wear it inside out
Day 3 - wear it back to front
Day 4 - throw it in the bin cos it's wrecked by then.

i'm an exceedingly superstitious person Scoundrel. frequently that's on a daily basis, yet whilst i'm in particularly a 'hunch', I actually have a pair of gold thongs that I placed directly to help me out of my hunch. They artwork like a allure, in spite of the undeniable fact that it on occasion takes countless weeks for the luck to alter.

thongs/knickers - everyday.
sox - everyday, every night. - (i get cramp if i don't wear bed sox!)
bra - every 3 days.
but if i go out in the evening or after a shower, then its completely a whole change of clean underwear!

Once a month or what I do is throw them against the wall if they stick I change them if not I keep wearing them.
