What are the most expensive computer parts?

I have 3 taken-apart pc's at home.
I am moving and will not have much room, so I want to take with me only the most expensive parts.
Can somebody tell me which parts are most expensive?

In terms of price to size ratio:
RAM, Processor, Graphics card, Motherboard, Hard drive, DVD drive

The motherboard, ram, and processor--video card if you have one.
