I like the first ones better than the 2nd. It stands out more! That's awesome that you've been wearing hi-tops since you were a baby. I still like the 2nd ones, though. Since you want to stand out more, the first ones are better.

Personally, I don't like either. Sorry! I know that's not the answer you wanted. Keep looking for differnet pairs. Mayybe you will find something you will like better. If you're that unsure, that's alot of money to spend if you don't 100% love the shoes.

The choice is totally yours, but here is my opinion
I would not get the first ones unless you are ready to face the music i.e. teasing
The second ones are OK, but why not solid black, they look like they have polka dots on them.

To be honest, I'm not fond of either.
