Just depends on which day, sometimes 6-7 hours a day on the weekends, sometimes 1 hour or more during a weekday.

Long enough to need glasses now. At least 8 hours at work, plus 2 hours at home. And now that TV's have so much resolution, it's just like staring at the computer so, add 2 more hours to that. Too bad for me.
