Yeah, I know what you mean. Sometimes I'm not satisfied unless it's a hot meal that I can get fast. I think as a nation we've gotten lazy and use to getting things fast. Try not giving in to the cravings every time and apply some self discipline. You can eat a lot healthier at home.

Fast food is and can be addicting, if you really want to feel like your eating healthy and still eating out try going to Subway. You can get a 6 inch sub there and load it up with all kinds of veggies and that will be all you'll want. Besides, eating at places like Burger King, Wendy's and McDonald's is not at all healthy. They can cause obesity and health problems. People can die from eating out like that all the time. It can clog your arteries, and put you in the hospital. Another good way to stop eating out all the time is to ask yourself "Do I really need this food I'm about to go eat?" And if it doesn't sound good then chances are you probably don't really want the food you just know you can buy it. And that is where you run into trouble. your wallet gets thinner, but you well, let's ust say your clothes won't fit anymore if you kep this up. Peple make fun of overweight people. And, yes it only shows their ignorance. Do the sUBWAY thing for a little while and see if that doesn't help your craving for fast food. And drop me a line at Jimmy_Amy@verizon.net, and let me know how it is working for you. My name is Amy Zoch. Remember FAST FOOD IS ADDICTING.

I think there's enough evidence pointing toward yes on this one. There have been many studies in recent years showing proof that fast food is addictive.
I'm trying to wean myself and my children off of it because THEY are totally addicted to it. McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and dinner would be wonderful in their minds. If that's not proof, I don't know what is.

I've read articles on the net that say it is. Why don't you start by going to cspinet.org & mindfully.org? Start off by buying some quick oatmeal & low-sugar cornflakes. Put the oats in the bowl first, add some cinnamon (good for you), some sweetener/sugar/cane sugar, the flakes, then pour in some Silk Soymilk with added calcium. Top it off with honey, also very good for you.
