If you mean trade seats, move your mouse around the scene, when you see a yellow dot, point at it. The yellow dot should change to an icon you can click to move.

To change scenes, go to your inventory and lock for the scenes and rooms category. Just 'put on' the room like you would any other piece of clothing.
