in your opinion, which 5 are the most important and you can't deal without?

The rules in different countries are slightly different the way they write these things into legislation.
What I would answer is the five concepts that I think are most important, and that we cannot do without. The law for each is different in different countries.

The freedom of the press
The one person - one vote concept
Freedom of association
Freedom from oppression
Innocent until proven guilty

(I do realise that this last one is not a universally applied concept, what with Napoleonic Law etc)

1) The law of gravity
2) The law of unintended consequences
3) The law of the jungle
4) The Law and Order tv shows (all three versions)
5) The Law of the Land

I cant name 5, there are 10-the Bill of Rights.

I can't think of 5 laws passed by Congress that I don't think we would be better off without. I do like the second answer. (Law of gravity, etc.)

1. "You shall have no other gods before me."

2. "You shall not make for yourself an idol."

3. "You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God."

4. "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy."

5. "Honor your father and your mother."

6. "You shall not murder."

7. "You shall not commit adultery."

8. "You shall not steal."

9. "You shall not give false testimony."

10. "You shall not covet."

All of them are of equal importance to me.
