That is a very good question as there are several UFO underwater bases scattered around the world the best know ones are in the Caribbean of the coast of the Dominican republic another is of the Cape Verdi island in the Atlantic other lesser known ones are in south east Asia of the coasts of Papua New Guinea & East Timor all well known seismic hot spots.

There are no extraterrestrials and earthquakes are just manifestations of the normal activities of the earth. Normal movement of the earth plates.

Great Question! erm... im not all together sure but by how we stereotype them it would probably affect them i mean aren't they supposedly watching us from space? They'd be kinda screwed without us, Also they are intelligent enought to know they can;t interfere with the way we live as im sure you wouldn't interfere with them... right??? Ok well maybe we would wanna know about them but; in an all round kind of way they would not see this as a positive investment.

i know what you meam, but i had a theory that they may be part of the planning andexecution of those things, because the thing they call natural disaster i believe is strategic, for a purpose god said he would use the land and the sea and weather to chastice us with. i belive their is upheaval in the spirit world over whats happening to us.

Heck no, their having more fun filming us with their camcorders than we are while filming them.
Sometimes if they don't catch it right at the opportune moment, they buy the filming rights from the Japanese tourist that did catch the action footage.

no, according to what I've read, Earth is very negative & violent, other planets/ extraterrestrials have evolved much ahead of us, thus Earth has been quarantied to stop it from hurting other planets.

Nope, they're just encouraging climate change to make our world more suitable for them: warmer with more water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane and other gases in the atmosphere.
