This is a true story. I help out at a store near to me, once and awhile. While this gentleman came in to but something, and when I went to give him his change, the palm of his hand had hair on it; like growing there; well I almost freaked out, but the lady that I am, I controlled myself until he left, then I just shivered from head to toe. Not a nice experience I must say.
So yes it is possible, wouldn't want to be that person.

When you think of your hair, you probably think of the hair on your head. But there's hair on almost every part of your body. (Some places that don't have hair include the lips, the palms of the hands, and the soles of the feet.)

My sister once told me that the reason that you grow hair on your palms is because you masturbate to much but I don't believe her.
