The answer is yes, it is Possible. But it is not easy. You must have an original email from him. Then do an IP look-up based upon the full header of the email. Depending on which server you use to do this look-up, you can get sketchy info to his exact physical address. I would advise you do this IP look-up on yourself first, so you can see what information is returned.
So, it is possible, but it is not that easy, so I would not bother. Just change your password and do not write it down.
I hope this helps.

Well there is a way to find out who is using your e-mail address and password. but more or less we can trace the IP address of that computer not the actual person...! But there is another way..! Location can be found from his ip address. Use "NeoTrace". (My Favourite Web Search). It will sure tell you the location of that particular pc.There are ways to know his email address, his username, his password...!
(Alternative solution also)----
Well who so ever he\she is, not today but tomorrow, he might be using his account also (e-mail) to check his mails or surf or anything on that pc. Say he is checking his email. At that time he is going to type is e-mail a\c info, like his e-mail id, username,password...! So only thing to do is some how you need to install an invisible keylogger on that pc...! and configure it to send the activity on that pc to a pre-defined email address...! may be yours..! so like-wise you will know his email address, username, password..! you can gather info about his e-mail from e-mail header info also and do the same as I told you above...! well such a keylogger is available...! I would recommend "Ardamax Keylogger".

Not with tools that are available to you. Just immediately change your password if you suspect it. It's actually a 'best practice' to change your password every few months--it's a pain, but worth it

Don't worry about finding out who, immediately log in to your provider's admin page and change the password, make it very difficult to guess.

I'm not sure how to find that out but, if you suspect it, I would recommend you change your password immediately.
