that is the lowest answer you can get... if you are required to do more working out to complete the marks you can get you should prove that its the lowest term by dividing the top and bottom by 1 and 17 as they are the only factors of 17....

well, you got the first part right, and for the second part, all you have to do is see if you can reduce the numbers(ex. 2/4 could be 1/2) now that you can see thati can't be reduced, it means that the answer already is in lower terms, but it won't always be so.
