It doesn't have to be the newest version. I am 14 years old and am trying to learn about html, javascript and making websites. thanks.

You won't learn anything by using a crutch like Frontpage.

Search for NVU (pronounced N-view) as your editor, and search websites like webref.com and w3schools.com for learning articles.

Don't do it!!! It produces code that is so trashy it's not worth the screen its displayed on.

They have great tutorials for both html and javascript. You can use notepad as an editor or go completely nuts and download the free version of CSE HTML Validator, which has a great built in editor and will even validate your code for you.

or

a free HTML Editor like:

then all you need is a graphics program (free) like:
