My future apartment tenant has given me the run-around, taken over $100 from me and has still not approved my application despite the many lies she has told me concerning the situation. I am wondering if there is anywhere i can go to file a complaint or report her, or anywhere i can go to expose her name and warn other people about her actions.

Your question is very confusing. Do you mean landlord rather than tennant. What was the $100 for was it non-refundable? How long ago was it. What has she actually done?pp

You don't give specifics so how can we answer this question properly? Why did you pay $100. If it was for an appliction fee, that is quite high. Just because you paid to process the application, doesn't mean that you will get the apartment.
