first i'd get rid of the report button and replace it with an ignore button!then i'd ban those very offensive people from asking those horrible questions!i'd let people be able to post pictures and various icons!and for deletions to take place,they would get the proper attention that is needed!!

Revamp the entire screening/filter system.No more deletions of harmless Questions and do eliminate those Q's that offend in any way.Plus put an end to the nude avatars,blatant nudity is offensive to most and the children are exposed to it on here as well.No need for that crap!Thats it I guess..for now..=)

I would get "rid" of the thumbs up/down option, people should be able to post an opinion without backlash, it is an opinion forum! I would also appoint yahoo people to oversee each category and have them watch for trolls, and misuse of community guidelines, that way no one would ever loose points for having a question deleted that shouldn't have been, it should be up to yahoo to do that, to make it fair for everyone.

Human monitors and 360 photos would have to be approved by staff before display would be a nice start.

- The questions gain point instead of losing 5
- Each thumb up counts. Thumb down too (it's going to be a party!!! wheeee!!!)
- In case of report, we must be informed about the name of the one who reported and the reason he gave.

I would create an arguement category and a fight category . I would also give use the option to ignore other users, rather than violate them.
maybe even and open opinion category where you can say whatever to want without getting violated

Get rid of ALL multiple accounts, trolls, obscenity, malicious reportings and delete repeat offenders completely. No 10 plus accounts. If a person can't conform to the rules, they can't play.

I wouldn't delete peoples' questions just because one or a few people report them just because they don't like the question or have no sense of humor
