There are no such thing as ghosts. People often mistake an refer to spirits as ghosts because they haunt a place. Spirits do exist. They become of a person when she or he dies of murder or an incident not caused by nature. It remains and sometimes visits her deathbed on that day, and might be visible with a naked eye. Most of them don't have a reason to for thier presence, yet they exist. But there is no such thing as 'haunt'.

No , not in the sense that you think of a ghost. In the bible it says in 2 Corinthians 5:8, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. When a person is deceased their soul does NOT remain here. When, on the other hand, people talk about ghosts the bible also speaks on that subject as well. In the bible it speaks of familiar spirits,mediums, sorcerers and spiritists. All of these are an abomination to the Lord. In Isaiah 8 :19 of the bible, ...when they say to consult mediums and spiritists, should not a people consult their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living? Ghosts are the work of the devil. STAY AWAY !!!

I think so. I think ghosts come in 3 different types (as if I am some expert..ha ha).
1. There are the ghosts of people you love who have passed. Ususally they show themselves to comfort loved ones left behind and do not stay around.
2. There are the spirits of people who died but have not found God or gone to the "place down under". They are bound here because they have unresolved issues or die in some horrific way.
3. Then you will hear about adolescent girls who conjur up spirits out of their unhappiness...not that they did anything to bring the spirit. I really don't understand this one, but the the spirit does not stay.
Try not to obsess about this though. It will only freak you out.

Yes. I have seen a couple. I have seen my maternal grandparents, and two people that I used to know. I also saw a stranger once. You are most likely to see a ghost upon waking up. I don't know why this is.

Yes! I sensed 2 while I was a child. My son saw 1 also.

Of Course. I hear them all the time and sense their presence. My cats do too, they will perk up suddenly and leave them room. They will wait at the door with their ears back and growl.

Yes, in the sense of the word. There is a spirit world, but it remains invisible.
