I fixed the master fuse on the bike, the bike was sitting on my drive way for a month, with a full tank. Could it be that ?

The starter sounds like its kicking it..
I can't think of anything else

It sounds like an ignition timing or mechanical timing problem.
Was it sitting in the rain? If so, you might have got some water in the head through the carb and it could be an intake valve that has an oxidized stem and is sticking open.
Do a compression test, then get back to us.

Addendum:
I just checked your previous questions and saw that you had reversed the terminals on you battery. I'm thinkin you may have blown a diode or transistor in the electronic ignition.

Good luck

Usually when you hear a sharp crack it is a bad connection at the battery terminals. But if your starter is spinning normally and trying to start your motor then I don't think this is your problem.

Did you fix whatever caused the master fuse to blow in the first place?
With the little info you provide, I'd check the ignition first.
- If you've got spark, then it's on to mixture.
