I want my all my kids first names to begin with the same first letter, but I'm NOT pregnant. Just preparing for the future. The letter is "E". So far, I've come up with...
BOYS:
Eian(like Ian)
Elliott
Everett
Elijah
Evan
Evander
Emmett

GIRLS:
Emmarie(like Emery)
Emani
Elyse
Emerence(just something I found on a site that was different; don't know how to pronounce, but i'm guessing M-R-NCE)
Essence
Enya
Erin/Eryn/Erynn
Erykah
Eshana
Estelle/Estella
Eva
Evana/Evania

**Give me your opinions and/or additions and/or comments about each as you wish. Thanks!**

I like E names (my real name is Emily) but I too find it curious that you have a lot of traditional classic boy names (all of which I like) and, I have to say it, some just plain weird girl names there. Think of the children, please. I actually HATED my name when I was little...no particular reason, I just always pretended my name was something else. But I love my name now.

I have an uncle with a speech impediment, so he calls me "Emery." That's all I think of when I see the first name. I also know a man whose last name is Emery, so it just strikes me as being not very feminine. Same with Emerence.
Essence sounds like a stripper's name. Sorry.

I like Elyse, Enya, Erica, Estella, and Eva out of the girl names Erin is OK too. Other ones I like are Eve, Elaine, Emma, Emiline, Emilia, and of course Emily.

I'm fine with alternate spellings for some names, for example Emilie or Emelee, but as much as people want their kids to be unique, simple is always better when spelling the name. It just makes life a little bit easier for everyone.

Hope this helps.

I think you have a lot of nice names on your list but I think themed sibling sets are very tacky. Why would you want to limit you self to one letter. If you only plan to have 1 or 2 kids it's okay but other wise I would just go with names you love and not worry about creating a theme.

I like those names you picked out because they sound so unique in each of them...I was thinking of maybe Eva for the girl and for the boy Eian but first you have to agree on your husband first. Here is some other choices...
girl:
Elizabeth
Emily
Emma
Evie
Boy:
E-jay
sorry If you I couldn't make up as many as you did...
but I hope I helped you. : )

For Boys
Elliot- that is my son's middle name.

for a girl:

Enya- Love her music (im biased)
Emani ~ sounds exotic and unique.

I love Eva because of acourse it's my name the only names i don't like are Estella, the way you spelled Eryika (i like "Erika" best), Eshana, Enya, Essence, Emerence, and Emani.
For the guys the only names i like are Eian and Evan.

I like Evan of boys' names and all girls' names except Enya and Erin (somehow hate those names).
By the way, if you have twins boy and girl it would be cool to name them Evan and Evana!
