Am I Pregnant, Is There any way to tell?

I had a regular menstration period and had sex a few days after, it has now been 10 days and I can't wait until my next period, I have been having frequent trips to the bathroom, I'm tired all the time, back pain, I have been having cramping around my uterus, and now just started slight bleeding. Is there anyone who knows if I can find out before my next period?

Thanks everyone but I already took a test and it came up negative, are the tests in the doctors office more accurate??

The blood serum test or whatever they do MAY be more accurate, but likely a doctor will tell you to wait until your period is due and then take a test.

Many of the tests out there can be taken up to five days before you miss your period, though the chance of a false negative I would think may be a bit higher the sooner before your period you take it.

The test you took might not be reliable because of how soon you took it.

Try to be patient and hold tight, and take it the day you should get your period or just after.

For this pregnancy I was going to wait a week past my period date, but caved and took it the day after I should have gotten it and it was positive.

There is a pregnancy test kit out (cant remember what its called), but it can tell even before 4 days before your next period is due.

All the symptoms you give can be to do with periods. The first time pregnant i knew by sore and bigger boobs, and i had a quite-painful twinge in one spot only in the side of my uterus for a couple of weeks. I knew it wasnt period twinges.

But, when i got pregnant with my second child, i didnt get the bigger boobs or twinge, but was sick 24 hours a day every single day (for the whole pregnancy unfortunately!).

Everyone is different, so relax, go to the chemist or your GP, and see what they think. Fretting over it with "am I - are'nt I" will probably make your period late and fool you into thinking you definitely are.

There are tests that work earlier than having missed a period but they still may be wrong. the best thing is to wait for the period and if it doesn't show do a test. this way you also don't waste money on a test as they aren't cheap!

You can take a blood test, a blood test can pridict pregnancy 9 days after sex, otherwise you can take a hpt 5 days before your period is expected, I reccommend trying to be patient ( I know, its hard!! I was the same way) and taking a hpt after a missed period, it is most accurate then, best wishes!!! =)

there is a pregnancy test you can buy from any chemist or supermarket which lets you do the test before your next period id due. i did it when i thought i was pregnant too. i say its worth paying the money for then you wont be worring so much either way.

Go to one of those ovulation websites to see if you may have been ovulating when you had sex. Besides that i don't think their is any way to tell before you miss your period. you can also try one of those early response pregnancy tests, but if it comes up negative your still gonna be unsure.

This is one of those things you just have to wait and see.

4 days b4 you can test with clear blue or 1st responce or blood test from drs
