I have had a rotten week and I am not really sure why I'm just tired and have a bunch of weird stuff going on and today was just bad and it's funny that you should ask this q today because I can't think of one single person who could relate to my life right now. And it truly sucks and i am really sad about it. So um no one I guess. Geez cry me a river. Sorry for the unload here.

I don't usually feel lonely. There is a big difference between being alone and lonely. It is good to enjoy your own company!

I usually handle it on my own since my family lives so far away. I hug my kids and move on. I usually read a book and sip some wine. Or sit at home and talk to the cat. If I'm stressed, I work out.
