Not on the street, but when we were at a festival recently my daughter played a dart game and won a prize. As we were getting ready to walk away the game worker handed me a stuffed bendy rose and said I looked like I could use one to cheer me up, lol...it did.

.......twice in recent past! once was when some celebration was on, and the other occasion was, when there was a sale of flowers on the roads! lovely flowers, on both occasions!
