first of all, i do not have a urinary tract infection. Now, i am 35 weeks pregnant and no matter how much i empty my bladder i have the continuous urge to urinate! Does that just mean that the baby is directly on my bladder? also, if he is right on my bladder, is that a sign that labor is soon? I'm just curious cuz i've "had to pee" for 2 days straight and i'm ready for that to be over. Or is this the feeling that i have to look forward to until i deliver? ALSO, every time i have a BM i get really bad pain before and during. It's a cramping pain. Normal? And on to a different matter, since sex is supposed to get labor started, should i stop having sex until i'm 37 weeks and he's full term? Thanks. I'm just really curious and i thought of all these questions last night but didn't have the internet til this afternoon. Your answers are appreciated very much.

About your bladder: It's common to feel like you "have to go" all the time when you're late in the pregnancy, even if you've just gone to the bathroom. It is the uterus pressing on the bladder that gives you that sensation - it's not that you actually have to pee. It's annoying but you will probably be feeling this way for a while. Have you tried leaning forward while urinating to make sure you're emptying your bladder totally?

About the cramping: You might be feeling uncomfortable during a BM for the same reason your bladder feels stimulated, because of pressure from the uterus. In fact, all of your major systems and organs are pretty squeezed up right now - it's getting tight in there!

About intimacy: There's no reason to call it quits unless you are in a high-risk pregnancy. If the baby is not full term you won't cause contractions strong enough to actually put on in labor. You might feel braxton-hicks contractions afterwards, though, and that's normal.

I know what you're going through!!! I'm 24 weeks and I always have this urge to urinate(the baby is on your bladder) As far as sex goes I wouldn't do it if your cervix is that thin. It can rupture your membrane and labor will start.

Is your baby sitting low? Meaning if you put your hand in between your belly a boobs is there more then one finger space between?
I know that it is super easy to get a bladder infection. I would just make sure that you don't have one. It could be minor and that would totally make you have the feeling of peeing all the time.

Yes that means that your baby is resting on your bladder, and no it does not mean that your going to give birth soon. You can keep having sex, that will make your cervix thin more. Your baby wont come out until he/she is ready. If your not dialating yet, i wouldnt worry about it. Sex only works if your effaced and dialting. GOODLUCK to you and your baby:)
