What card? If it has the Visa or MasterCard logo, it can be used like any other Visa or MasterCard. If not, we can't answer without knowing what kind of card you have.

It should say Debit Card or Check Card or perhaps ATM card for you to be able to withdraw cash.

Although credit cards will usually let you get a cash advanced but you have to pay really high interest on it.
