O'hans's the Polynesian is awesome ask to get seated near the window and watch the show on the water at night
The Grand Floridian dinner with Cinderella is an awesome meal
Olivia's at Key West is good. (a sleeper)
Coronado Springs has an awesome walk up a huge variety for your family, especially for a walk up on the dining plan
Epcot
Italy pizza sit down awesome Via Napoli
Mexican Not worth it La Hacienda
Canada Cellar is great
Hollywood Studios
Sci Fi the family loves I think it is just o.k. but they love it
Downtown Disney
Raglan Roads is so awesome, they dance and sing it is entertaining for the whole family. The food is to die for.
Paradiso 37 didn't care for it was nothing extra since there are so many other great places.
Wolfgang Puck on the rain forest side is a great walk up especially if you need a walk up on your dining plan
Earl of Sandwich is inexpensive and awesome sandwiches believe me a treat
Ghirardelli ice cream is worth the wait.
Animal Kingdom
Yak Yeti the sit down is expensive but good
Yak Yeti walk up is good too

I don't remember the name of restaurant, but it revolves around certain park rides as you eat. From the time you get a table, eat, drink, have dessert, etc (approximately 45 minutes) you have actually taken a sit down "tour" of DW. I'm sorry I can't think of the name or more details but if this restaurant still exist--YOU GOTTA EAT THERE!
(this was about 6-7 years back but inquiry on the DW website)--My "must have" snack presently is the Nature Trail peanut butter snack bar. Love peanut butter!

I know you said the theme parks, but I got to add my two cents worth about the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian Resort. I have always had outstanding meals there, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And their desserts are some of the best in Orlando.

when i went i went to epcot and for dinner my family ate at the eiffle tower in the paris exibit.
