I've gotten too good at not throwing up and not crying. Sometimes I wish I could go back to when I was about to cry and let it out. It's interesting juggling between callous and sensitivity.
When I was a kid, I would cry when I got into a fight and hurt the other kid. I've always been too empathic to be a bully. My wife makes fun of me for it how I appear to be a tough guy on the outside but really sensitive on the inside.

Actually no. It's the pain before the crying that I hate. When I cry I almost feel released. I often feel a lot better afterwards, even if just for a short while.
Sweetie if you want to cry, it is extremely likely that you need to, so cry and look after yourself xxx

Sometimes the feeling of wanting to cry can be so overwhelming It is even hard for a grown man not to cry sometimes.

Yep. I know an awesome trick to stop crying. Pinch the skin between your thumb and index finger. Theres some sort of gland in there that stops you from crying. Works every time!

Yeah , but im not good at it . Someone usually has to ask me " whats wrong ?" or " Are you Ok ?" and I just fall apart .I cry . I cry like a ten year old girl.

When in public, oh yeah, I try not to show tears but sometimes it happens you know.
When I'm alone at home or with my husband at home, I don't worry about holding the tears back... he has always told me he'd rather I cry when he's around so he can comfort me.... What a sweetie...

I don't cry. If I am in pain I yell, and if I am sad I still hold together without even trying.

Yupp, I don't like crying one bit, and if I ever do start crying, my eyes hurt soooo much. Sometimes I think crying makes you look like you're not strong.

Yes, there's been plenty of times when I've held my tears in because I didn't want anyone to see me cry. But holding in tears is not good because it just builds up.
