I can do that too!
I can also do a left/right/staddle split, put both feet behind my head and walk with my hands, and twist my hands in awkward directions.

I can reach up to my neck from behind,good for scratching,touch the ground legs straight,spread a little apart,touch my feet to my bum,hold a yoga cross legs position,lift legs up to my head,drives the other women at gym nuts.My knees will dislocate if I try a back bend though,a birth defect,no knee covers.I'm now 48,there ya go.some of these answers are impressive!!wow!

i used to be able to do that and the splits. i'm sure i'd either break something or pull something if i did that now.
oh wow, i can touch my toes with my fingertips without bending my knees. pretty good for my age.

Not flexible at all, too much heavy weight lifting at work and working out with heavy weights.

very flexible.
all 3 splits,
can kick up to my ear, all that jazz.
ect...
duh im a dancer. its kinda required to be flexible.
