Use a proxy server ... its still not untraceable by pros (FBI, Government) but it will keep the war craft kiddies at bay.

Are you sure you'll be traced? I saw this page that located mine very far from home........... I don't understand a few things but whenever you try to know about some IPs they are "located" in some sort of distributor and not a physical address is linked to it.
But don't do illegal stuff please, the minor ones they look

one way is to go through a proxy server search on the internet for free cgi proxy or the like

might not work as proxies only work on certain ports and really slow down your pc

You can't, even on a proxy, and most ISPs use a hardware identifier on the PC to block now, as IP addresses are dynamic and change occasionally.

Blizzard takes your IP adress everytime u logg in so they already know it =( I got my account suspended for lureing lol.

You can't - don't do bad stuff and it wont be necessary.
