Is the lucky star anime series still airing in Japan, or is episode 19 the last episode?

=) (nice name) is right. It is still being aired, so there will be more than 19 episodes. In fact, the RAW (Japanese audio w/o subs) was just released this morning, so expect to see the fansub released probably in the next three days from Guerrand fansubs.
